Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms (the “Bonus Terms”) set out the general rules and conditions applicable to all promotions, bonuses, and special offers made available from time to time by gayporno, operating under the “test cas” brand (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), in connection with the services available at https://gtspin.com and any related pages and applications operating under the “test cas” brand (collectively, the “Website”).

These Bonus Terms supplement, and form an integral part of, the Company’s Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and the terms specific to any individual promotion, bonus, or special offer, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that particular offer.

1. Scope of These Bonus Terms

1.1 test cas may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, make available to its users a variety of promotions, bonuses, and special offers (each, a “Promotion”). Examples of such Promotions include, without limitation, prize draws, coupons, reload offers, and rakeback arrangements.

1.2 These Bonus Terms govern the general framework within which all Promotions are offered. Each individual Promotion may also be subject to its own promotion-specific terms and conditions, which shall be communicated to users at the time the relevant Promotion is made available.

2. Eligibility for Promotions

2.1 Upon the successful registration of a test cas Account, a user may become eligible to receive Promotions made available by test cas. By registering an account and accepting the Terms and Conditions, the user acknowledges and accepts that any Promotion received shall be subject to these Bonus Terms and to any applicable promotion-specific terms and conditions.

2.2 Eligibility for any individual Promotion may be subject to additional requirements set out in the promotion-specific terms, including, without limitation, minimum deposit thresholds, geographic restrictions, account status conditions, or other qualifying criteria.

3. Acceptance and Use of Bonuses

3.1 By accepting any Promotion made available on the Website, the user consents to the terms and conditions of that Promotion, including any promotion-specific rules communicated at the time of the offer.

3.2 Where a user holds both a cash balance and a bonus balance, all wagers must be placed against the cash balance before any bonus balance may be applied to wagers. Bonus funds may be used only in accordance with the rules and restrictions applicable to the specific Promotion under which they were granted.

4. Activation and Expiry

4.1 A Promotion shall be activated in accordance with the procedure specified in the relevant promotion-specific terms. Where a Promotion requires the user to take a specific action in order to claim or activate the bonus (for example, by entering a promotional code, by accepting the offer through the user interface, or by satisfying a qualifying event), the bonus shall be deemed activated only upon completion of that action.

4.2 Any bonus that has not been claimed within the period specified in the relevant promotion-specific terms, or within sixty (60) days from the date on which the bonus became available, whichever is the shorter, shall expire automatically and shall be cancelled by the Company. The Company shall be under no obligation to extend any such expiry period or to reinstate any cancelled bonus.

5. One Account Per User

5.1 In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Website.

5.2 The opening of multiple accounts on the Website for the purpose of accumulating bonuses, promotions, or special offers, or for any similar purpose, shall be regarded as abusive conduct and shall entitle the Company to take the measures described in clause 6 below.

6. Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Conduct

6.1 The integrity of the Company’s Promotions, and the fair treatment of all users, depends upon the good-faith use of bonuses and promotional offers. The Company reserves the right to take protective measures where it considers that any user is abusing, or attempting to abuse, the Company’s Promotions or related policies.

6.2 Without limiting the foregoing, where the Company believes that a user is abusing, or attempting to abuse, a bonus, Promotion, or related policy, or is likely to benefit through abuse or a lack of good faith from any policy adopted by the Company, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

• Deny, withhold, or withdraw any bonus or Promotion from that user;
• Terminate that user’s access to the Services and the Software, whether temporarily or permanently;
• Lock the user’s account, whether temporarily or permanently; and/or
• Forfeit any funds, winnings, or other amounts associated with the abusive conduct.

6.3 The Company further reserves the right to remove bonuses from any account that has become inactive, or from any account identified by the Company as engaging in “bonus abuse”.

7. Reservation of Rights

7.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time:

• To introduce, vary, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion, bonus, or special offer;
• To amend the terms applicable to any Promotion, whether in respect of these Bonus Terms or in respect of any promotion-specific terms;
• To cancel any bonus that has not been claimed within the applicable claiming period or within sixty (60) days, whichever is the shorter; and
• To cancel any bonus where the Company considers such cancellation to be appropriate in the circumstances.

7.2 The exercise of any such right by the Company shall not give rise to any claim, demand, or right of compensation on the part of any user.

8. Conflict and Interpretation

8.1 These Bonus Terms shall be read together with the Company’s Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail, except in respect of matters specifically governed by these Bonus Terms or by the promotion-specific terms applicable to any individual Promotion.

8.2 In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and the promotion-specific terms applicable to a particular Promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion.
